July is the month of Freedom.But I’m not talking about fireworks and flags or fleeting independence that here in the USA we celebrate on the 4th of July.
I’m talking about the kind of Soul-deep freedom that shakes loose every bondage from the past (or even the present) you’ve ever worn. It helps you to see the possibilities even amongst the threats to your independence and sovereignty that you may feel with so much uncertainty, chaos, and confusion in the world, or even in your own personal life.
The kind that whispers …
“You are allowed to prosper.
You are allowed to be in joy and love.
You are allowed to rewrite the rules—
and make new ones altogether.”
Freedom isn’t flighty or just some spiritual platitude.
Real freedom doesn’t drift or elude you — it lands.
This month, we invite you to explore a paradox—one we are not meant to solve but to dance within it:
The more grounded you are in YOU, the more free you become.
When you are rooted within your own Soul’s Essence, wisdom, and truth, no storm and no one who tries to impose their will upon you can uproot you.
When your fire is tended from within, you no longer need to prove, push, or perform. You stand in your own power and wisdom to guide you throughout any uncertainty or challenge. You move beyond what you know into the possibilities that await you.
When you remember who you are—Divine, luminous, wise beyond words—you reclaim the energy you’ve given away in the name of success, approval, or safety.
This is your invitation in July …
- To become untamed and unwavering.
- To claim your heart-centered power and stretch into your becoming.
- To choose liberation not as a concept, but as a daily practice.
Because … freedom is not something you chase.
It’s something you remember.
It’s something you embody.
And when you do that—fully, fiercely, unapologetically—you become magnetic. You become unstoppable.
This Month, I invite You To Practice …
Soul-Grounded Freedom
- Carve out space to sit with your Soul. Ask her/him what she/he truly desires for you. Listen—not for what you should want, but what’s already calling you and awaiting to be birthed.
- Feel your feet on the earth. Let Gaia hold your intentions as you ground them. Let Her remind you that you’re not meant to hustle to the top—you’re meant to root in purpose and elevate within your commitment.
- Speak your truth from your Soul’s Essence, not from your egoic mind, even when your voice trembles. That’s how the bondage fall away.

You are here to create significance, not just check boxes.
You are here to be FREE to be YOU—fully, fiercely, forever.
You may not know this … I was in corporate for over 20 years. At first I loved what I did and was driven by blind ambition—I wanted a seat at the table so to speak where the decisions were made.
Over time, I had key leadership roles but most of all, I wanted to be a Vice President of Sales & Marketing. And, I did it. But when I got there, the joy and celebration was fleeting—I wondered was it really worth it and what did it cost me?
Along the way, I lost myself … I sacrificed what I wanted and needed, and eventually no longer knew what that was. I didn’t feel empowered, I felt used by the company and by my ego.
Everything looked great on the outside but within me, it was quite another story. I wasn’t happy, fulfilled, or felt totally drained and depleted. And, I didn’t feel free to be me and to thrive in who I was.
That’s why this subject about freedom really lights me up. None of us need to sacrifice who we are to be successful, or even to be of service.
Yes, you might have discovered that you have a purpose, a mission. You want to help in some way.
But take it from me … don’t do it from a need to help, or the need to prove that you can. And don’t do it while operating from the 3rd Dimension of fear, control, or pushing.
Do it from your Soul’s calling … tap into your Soul’s wisdom and power. And do it while operating and creating within 5th Dimension frequencies of Love, joy, passion, FREEDOM, and abundant prosperity.
This way you wake up each morning inspired, on fire, and propelled into Soul-aligned action—to make the difference you’re called to do and to not only be successful, but have meaning and significance underlying your cause.
July is a Universal 7 energy. It’s a perfect time to go within and connect with your Soul’s Essence. 7 is all about slowing down, being in silence, and resting.It is an energy that supports you to explore, research, and listen to your intuition. It is when your inner compassion can lead you to the next steps. It is when you may get ‘downloads’ as your psychic abilities are opened up within these energies of July.
Take the time to be grounded in new ‘aha’ moments, wisdom, and direction … let your Soul lead you into the freedom to be that amazing being that you are!
And, ground into your Divine sovereignty … let that be the foundation you stand upon in who you are are what you do.
