Behind The Scenes Support Staff
You rarely see Tess, unless she is participating in one of our programs live, but know that she is an intricate and valuable part of our SOUL Team in assisting us to get things done! We call her our “Behind the Scenes” Extraordinaire and she lives up to it everyday with her amazing contributions.
Overall, Tess loves helping to support people … fixing issues, solving problems, and providing clear, concise communications. Attention to detail and thoughtful planning for participants’ comfort in virtual and live events is something at which she excels. A combination of a decade in the office and another as an entrepreneur (photography, hair & makeup) provides vast experience in administrative duties as well as a plethora of good judgment and autonomy.
She values time-management, self-direction, client relations, and follow-through. Plus she loves collaboration, masterminding, and being a leader’s right hand person.
Since the beginning of 2020, Tess has supported Amanda and Co-Create Your Success through the creation of digital assets, photography, infographics, graphic documents, email marketing, and zoom events. The energetically sound content and loving community is one she’s thrilled to be a part of, and definitely contributes to the serving others within Unified Love.

Andy Drake
Our Webmaster
Andy Drake is the Website Developer for Co-Create Your Success. He has been working in the “Digital Space” for over 20 years and works his magic out of Oregon.
Andy brings a breadth of experience and expertise to us with his vast knowledge of different platforms such as WordPress, Woo Commerce, Squarespace, and Wix. He is proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Audio and Video editing.
He is always responsive to our team’s needs behind the scenes as well as with our Members. We are appreciative of his dedication to make your online experience streamlined and easy.
While his 9 to 5 is mainly focused in Radio, he has developed websites and graphics for a loyal clientele of Sports Media, Comedy Clubs, Life Coaches, and Charitable organizations. He helps you create solutions to what can seem like an enormous challenge, especially when you do not understand web technology and the online world.
When not in front of his computer, Andy spends time with wife and son.
