Tip #3
Cultivate Being Present in the Moment—
Notice What You Are
Thinking, Feeling, Saying & Doing 
Everything is energy.
Your thoughts, feelings, words, and actions are not neutral—they carry a frequency. Energy with its frequency moves within you and out into the world.
When your energy is conscious and aligned, it creates clarity, peace, and higher-frequency living. When it’s unconscious or reactive, it adds to overwhelm, chaos, and old patterns.
Presence is what allows you to choose which frequency you desire to be in at any given moment.
The more present you are, the quicker you can choose to stabilize in higher frequencies and move through life—personally and professionally—with calm, clarity, and grounded wisdom.
Presence isn’t about perfection.
It’s about awareness.
And awareness gives you choice.
A Simple Way To Practice Presence—
“The Awareness Game” 
Think of this as a gentle check-in rather than something to “do right.”
Throughout your day, pause and notice in the moment …
What am I thinking?
What am I feeling?
What am I saying?
What am I doing?
Awareness is the practice to notice. If you notice your mind drifting into the past and dragging your baggage in from it, or projecting into the future, simply acknowledge it—without blame, shame, or judgment.
Everyone “dips.”
We all dip.
But you have the Conscious Choice to come right back up into the now and into higher frequencies … into Soul-aligned thoughts, feelings, beliefs, words, and actions.
That choice alone shifts your energy.
Use Your Breath to Return to the Present 
Your breath is one of the fastest ways to ground yourself.
When you notice stress, distraction, or emotional charge …
Inhale slowly through your nose.
Exhale through an open mouth with a relaxed jaw.
Let your Body soften.
As thoughts arise, gently release them and return your attention to your breath. You can also imagine tracing an Infinity symbol with each inhale and exhale—this gives your mind something calming to focus on and helps release tension.
Breathing brings you back into your Body.
Your Body brings you back into the present.
Practice Presence Through Listening 
Presence isn’t only internal—it shows up in how you relate to others.
When speaking with someone, notice if you’re preparing your response in your mind as to what you’re going to say next, instead of truly listening. Presence invites curiosity, openness, and connection.
Try this …
Listen to understand, not to respond.
Ask questions when something isn’t clear.
Stay engaged with what’s being shared.
All of us want to feel heard.
Active listening deepens connection, builds trust, and raises the frequency of your relationships.
Remember—you’re not talking to someone.
You’re talking with someone.
Listen to Yourself, Too! 
Presence also means creating quiet moments to hear your own inner wisdom.
Take time to …
Sit in stillness.
Meditate.
Walk in nature.
Pause without distraction.
Check in with the inner aspects of you—your Inner Feminine, Masculine, and Child.
Listen to your Energy Bodies—Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual.
And connectwith your Soul, Guides, Angels, and the Divine.
You are never navigating this journey alone.
