The month of February is all about Love. And, ideally it is about True connection with your Self – heart, mind, and SOUL, and with your loved ones and others.
But, what sort of connection do you have with your Self and Love? When you think of Love … how do you define it, how does it show up in your life, what is Love connected to within your heart, mind, and SOUL? How do you relate with others when it comes to Love?
Is your connection with Love … one filled with inspiration, hope, passion, and happiness, or one of pain, fear, despair, and grief?
How do you connect with others … through your Love or through your pain? This is a very profound question because most of us don’t realize how we are connecting and building our relationships.
3rd Dimension or 5th Dimension Connection
Most of us were taught to connect through the 3rd Dimension thoughts, feelings, and beliefs of the past, fear, pain, struggle, and suffering with the need to solve problems. The connection is through the ‘stories’ of drama, crisis, or chaos. It’s where trauma, loss, and grief prevail.
We all have some sort of drama, trauma, and even PTSD from what has occurred in our lives. Each of our ‘stories’ look and feel different … your story or my story is no worse than the other. It’s not to mitigate your ‘story and what occurred because it has had an impact on you … sometimes in a profoundly negative way until you discover the gift in it and heal and complete your past.
You may keep to your ‘stories’ because it’s how you’ve been conditioned to build connections and relationships because you could relate with another. Or maybe, the other comes to your rescue, or you to theirs to help them feel better and to fix what is going on.
And, the question is how long will you hold onto the ‘story’ and not let your Self move forward? Sometimes the payoff is to stay stuck in it, so you don’t allow your Self to flourish once again. Look at what you’re getting out of holding onto your ‘story’. Know that by doing so you are impeding the True connection to Love and your heart and SOUL.
Much of the ‘stories’ we hold onto and the connections we have are built upon co-dependent behaviors and patterns where you look for Love in all the wrong places. You want to fit in and have a sense of belonging.
It begins with our families and then is reinforced by society and even religion … always seeking connection in one way or another. It’s where you seek love, acceptance, approval, and validation from the outside world rather than from within. In religion, we were taught God is outside of us, rather than within us and that we are a part of the Divine.
As Humanity is evolving, we realize that there is a spiritual connection within us and with something greater than ourselves. This is due to the shift of the ages as we move from the 3rd to the 4th Dimension and enter the 5th Dimension.
In the 4th Dimension, you begin to connect with the spiritual being that you are. You begin to have a relationship with your Self in a whole new way. You learn and experience that your SOUL has a beautiful plan for you, and you begin to develop a connection with your Self at this level.
This begins to shift your relationships with your Self and with others. You can’t do it the old way … in fact it feels yucky and draining, right?
The 5th Dimension is filled with vibrancy, love, joy, peace, passion, and flow. It is a flow of High frequencies which line up magical synchronicities, co-creations, and collaborations.
Sounds nice, right? But what will you talk about if you’re not talking about your pain and calamities? How will you connect with another person if not through the old way of connection???
Imagine … having a conversation with your loved one, a friend, or a colleague about what’s going ‘right’ in your life (or business) rather than what’s ‘wrong’. Imagine focusing on loving and joyful conversations and intentions. Imagine sharing all the happiness, fun, and passion that you feel every day.
Imagine if you have a problem come up, or are disappointed by what someone did, or even have a loss of a loved one, you embrace what you’re feeling, work through it and heal it, and move back into Higher frequencies. But you do it quickly and easily because you are committed to connecting to your Self and others through love rather than pain.
Imagine taking any challenge and immediately seeing the gift that it brings you. It shows you that which needs to shift or be completed. By recognizing the blessings the situation reveals to you, you save time, money, and energy!
Within the 5th Dimension you build connection within your True heart, Divine mind, and SOUL rather than the ‘wounded’ heart and fearful mind. You begin to think in a new way through a Higher consciousness … one that is of Prosperity versus Scarcity. You begin to feel more loving, kind, and confident in who you are and what you came here to do. You begin to trust your SOUL’s guidance and the Divine and follow SOUL-inspired action.
You Connect at a Whole New Level.
In this whole new level of connection, there is a new level of understanding and embracing trust within you and your life. As you elevate more and more within the 5th Dimension … your doubts, worries, and concerns can be left behind.
As you connect to and ‘own’ your uniqueness, there is a wide range of new vistas that you can explore. And, as you continue to embody your SOUL’s Essence, you are aligning, resonating, and uniting with your True Essence … that of Divine Pure Love.
Imagine … trusting every choice, every decision, every unfoldment in your life that is leading you to fulfilling your SOUL’s Purpose and Plan. It can look messy at times. It can be daunting at times. It can even be confusing as you let go of what you’ve known before and enter into the unknown.
It can also be thrilling, ecstatic, and inspiring. You gain more and more freedom when you Truly trust your Self and your SOUL’s journey. You gain the ability to see the MORE the Universe has for you as you TRUST the process of your evolution and allow your Self to receive all of the gifts that await you.
You trust that everything and everyone has entered your life for a reason. You trust that you too, are here for a reason. When you trust by ‘owning’ and knowing that there is a Divine reason for what and whom you have created and co-created in your life, you can be at peace within.
When you trust that all is in Divine Order and Timing, you surrender into your MORE. When you trust that you are always, and in all ways, being taken care of by your SOUL and the Universe, you can relax and live more fully into your ALL. You will resonate and unite with your SOUL to thrive!
Connection with the Divine & Your Spirit Guides
Now, let’s expand your connection even more!
Do you know that you have a whole team within the etheric to love, support, and guide you? Did you know that you have so many within the Universe that advocate for you and conspire with you to help you manifest your desires?
Well, you do! It begins with the Divine (God, Higher Power, Great Spirit, or whatever you name Universal Love).
In 1986, I was in a psychotherapist office for marriage counseling. I had only been married for 4 months and we were in deep doodoo. Luckily, we had been guided to a therapist who was metaphysical and brought in the spiritual component into her practice.
I remember she asked me if I believed in God, and did I consider my Self spiritual? I said, “yes”. Then, she asked, “did I meditate?” The answer was no, not really – it was on my list of things to do (can you relate?). Her next question, “did I pray?”. I replied, “only when it gets bad.” She asked, “so are you praying now?”
In that moment I realized how out of touch and disconnected I was to my Self and to the Divine. I embarked on a journey to learn about meditation and ways to connect with my Self and the Divine. I began to go to spiritual gatherings. I began to learn about something greater than my Self … I entered the 4th Dimension and began to connect with me, my SOUL, my Spirit Guides, and the Divine.
Over time, there was a deepening of understanding of my Self and what I came here to do. I kept opening up to embrace what I did not know (or remember) about the SOUL I AM.
What I came to realize was that I had a whole team that had my back and it was nothing to do with the people who surrounded me. I developed a connection with SOUL, Guides, and the Divine at a new level of love, trust, and listening.
And, you must invite them in to support and guide you. Without an invitation, their hands are tied so to speak. They see the potential that you hold and want you to attain it. But they can’t impose their will upon you. However, they can nudge you with subtle and sometimes not so subtle messages.
One of the ways I accelerated my connection was through The Diamond Co-Creative System® (the System). When the System was downloaded to me in 2001, I consistently worked with the Energy Code of Connection.
At that time, I still did not feel connected to me, let alone to the Guides, the Divine, and the Universe. I didn’t know what I was to do with System that downloaded and what it was all about. I knew I needed guidance.
I even built the Connection Energy Code on the land where I lived with crystals, minerals, and rocks, so I could sit to meditate within it. It opened the doorway for me to connect on a spiritual level beyond what I had known.
This helped me build a connection based on love and trust with my Self, my etheric team, and others. I became more confident with who I am and able to express from my SOUL’s Essence. I realized I could co-create and create the life and business I wanted without being motivated through fear and co-dependency. I could connect to Love and be guided in this way.
Invoking the Connection Energy Code allows for a different type of connection with others. Rather than come from the pain of the past or co-dependency, you can connect through Love and the Higher frequencies of the 5th Dimension.
