Today is a day of remembrance for those of us in the United States. For most, we remember where we were and what we were doing when the attack on 9/11 occurred in New York.
I know I did … I lived in Santa Fe and was trying to get the news on a fuzzy TV reception. Friends were calling and so many were in a frenzy. I couldn’t believe it as I watched the Twin Towers collapse to the ground. We didn’t realize that life as we knew it would change.
But, there are so many parts of the world where upheavals, decimation, and wars are occurring. There is a shift in the ages where this is no longer tolerable and people want to see change … we watched that last night on our US Presidential debate.
So what can you do to make a difference and help the change that is needed to come to fruition? Well, it begins with YOU and your choices in what type of energy and vibrations you wish to operate, create, and live within.
We each have a choice to make. We can choose to evolve as an individual … to move from the 3rd Dimension to the 5th Dimension way of ‘BE’-ing and ‘DO’-ing so we can create the life and world we want to live within.
We can choose to allow our Souls to guide us into the Higher frequencies of the 5th Dimension. The more your energetic vibration is in High frequency, the more you attract High frequency people, opportunities, and possibilities into your life.
THIS is very important, because you always, and in all ways, are attracting matching energies and you magnetize what you focus upon.
The 3rd Dimension is a denser frequency hallmarked by fear, separation, duality (either/or, good/bad, and right/wrong), “me” vs. “we” thinking and behaviors, competition, war, and greed. It keeps you stuck in a linear timeline where the past continues to be dragged in to influence the present.
It’s a timeline that creates the same old results by recycling all of the old issues … physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. It prevents you from being fully present in the moment and stepping into the future that you want, which is your Divine Birthright.
In the 3rd Dimension, your Emotional Energy Body has an energetic pattern that is either ‘in’ or ‘out’ of alignment with Love. When your energy is not in alignment, it will fuel your fears and negative feelings. When your energetic pattern is in alignment, your feelings will be amplified positively and they are founded within the vibrations of Love, acceptance, flow, ease, grace, joy, and passion.
The Mental Energy Body energizes your thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions. In the 3rd Dimension, the Mental Body is ‘run’ by the egoic mind which believes it’s in control, and only it knows how to keep you safe and secure. It doesn’t like the unknown, so it will stay with what’s familiar, even if it’s uncomfortable due to how it thinks it can protect you.
The egoic mind lives mostly in illusion, separation, and with skewed perceptions, while operating from fear, survival – fight, flight, or freeze mode, and the past. It is attached to the results and does not let go until you make a Conscious Choice to shift it.
The Conscious Choice is to lift the egoic mind up into your Divine Mind guided by your Soul’s Essence and the Divine. Your Divine Mind shifts the energetics of the Mental Energy Body into 5th Dimensional frequencies and opens into the flow of Divine Timing and Divine Unfoldment. It creates a Higher and evolved consciousness … one of Prosperity and Unity rather than scarcity and lack.
This leads you to your Soul-Aligned Possibilities and SOUL-utions, which directs you into manifesting what’s in your Highest Order and Infinite Diamond Potential.
Sometimes, your thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions are ‘run’ by your emotions. If you are in a negative (low frequency) vibration, whether through feelings, thoughts, beliefs, or perceptions, they continue to play out the karmic game … cause and effect. This keeps you in this low energetic patterns and cycles which never seems to end, until you choose to energetically complete them.
As you begin ‘lightening up’ by releasing patterns of old programming, conditioning, and imprints, your vibrational frequency rises. You move from the 3rd Dimension to stabilize within the 4th Dimension.
The 4th Dimension is the energetic bridge between the 3rd and 5th Dimensions. In the 4th Dimension, there’s a glimpse of Divine Truth and Light, and you begin to question your perceived state of reality. You begin to realize it takes more energy to keep you in a state of fear and separation, rather than to simply let go and do the ‘work’, so you can allow Love, Light, and Spirit into your life.
This assists you to transform the negative into in a more positive vibration, which then shifts you into operating and creating within the 5th Dimension on a more consistent basis.
You begin to experience more and more expansion by living in the ‘now’, through Love, Thrival, and Unity Consciousness. Once you have stabilized there, you can then move into the elevated vibration of 5th Dimension living, where you recognize that we are all One Global Family.
The 5th Dimension promotes Oneness and Unity Consciousness, where co-creation, collaboration, and cooperation with the Divine and with others for the ‘Highest of All’, is the priority. It’s the sharing of resources and wealth, and where there is reverence for all Beings. It is where inclusivity accepts and honors diversity.
In the 5th Dimension, the only timeline is the present moment … living in the now … not dragging in the past or fussing about the future. It is where you Consciously Choose LOVE … Living Only Vibrant Energy.
As you operate and create within the 5th Dimension, you become aware of yourself as a Master Creator and Co-Creator, and a multi-dimensional Divine being. You are completely spiritually oriented and, in a state of ‘BE’-ing, where synchronicity is a constant.
You’re connected with your Soul’s Essence, Divine Source, and the Universe. It is where the ‘magic’ of manifestation seems to happen through love, ease, grace, joy, passion, faith, trust, and belief, even in the midst of challenges.
Know that even if you attain and sustain a 5th Dimension frequency, you may occasionally dip back into the 3rd or 4th Dimension. But here is the good news, you can ALWAYS choose differently.
And, when you operate, create, and live in the 5th Dimension, you can navigate through challenging times with more ease and grace.

There is a choice to commit and be willing to release and complete the ‘old’ that is required so it doesn’t continue to be your ‘story’ which creates the same results.
