Harness the Power &
Emotional Intelligence of Your Feelings

Most of us weren’t taught how to navigate our feelings and emotional world.

We learned how to …
✨ Hold it together at all costs.
✨ Be polite and “it’s better to be seen, not heard.”
✨ Stuff our feelings and don’t share them.
✨ Be strong … “big boys/girls don’t cry.”
✨ Not make a scene or we would get in trouble.

But feelings don’t disappear just because we ignore them.

They sit there.
They pile up.
And eventually, they explode.

Why? Emotions are energy in motion.

And, if you don’t allow your emotions to move, then there are consequences that affect you and every aspect of your life. You’re reactive, rather than being the Conscious Creator of what you desire in your life.

Your feelings are not meant to be suppressed—they’re meant to be felt, expressed, and to guide you. They are your internal GPS.

Here’s a simple truth …
What you feel, you can heal.
What you suppress becomes stress and eventually breaks you, your mind, and even your body down.


It’s how illnesses occur; your body shows you what you are not energetically taking care of. Stagnant emotions can eventually become dis-ease.

Two Powerful Practices For
Emotional Mastery & Maturity

#1 … Own the Feeling

Instead of …
✨ “I’m fine.”
✨ “Whatever.”
✨ “I shouldn’t feel this way.”

Move to …
✨ “I feel angry because…”
✨ “I feel hurt because…”
✨ “I feel sad or disappointed because…”

Owning the feeling gives you power … the power, confidence, and trust to create a new way of being and doing. The power to heal and resolve within you and outside of you what no longer works for you or serves you. 

It moves you from victimhood into Conscious Choice. It moves you from your old story to one you can write in you own way. 

#2 … Release the Emotional Charge Safely

Feelings need motion. Try any of these privately …
✨ Write in your journal without censoring.
✨ Write a letter to express your upset or grievances, then burn it. 
✨ Scream out loud into a pillow or in your car.
✨ Cry in the shower or someplace safe for you.
✨ Hit the bed with a towel or racket.
✨ Speak your truth into a voice memo.

This is not childish. Don’t be shy about it.
This is emotional hygiene … this is release. 

Just like brushing your teeth prevents decay, 
emotional release prevents …
resentment and regrets,
shutdown or poor communication,
anxiety and stress,
eruptions of anger and frustration,
projecting your feelings onto others,
vomiting your feelings all over another,
and illness or disease.

After release, you can communicate and make choices from a healed Heart, not a wounded one. You can make Conscious Choices and be the Creator in a clear energetic space within you and around you.

Most times, you don’t even involve the other person(s) because if you are in reaction, then it’s all yours to clean up within you.

Ask yourself …
“What feeling has been trying to get my attention—and what is it asking of me?”

Let the answer come slowly and don’t answer it from your egoic mind that likes to be right … “you can be right or you can be in joy.”

Your Heart, your Soul always tells the truth—and it will always show you who you are becoming.
